Beaches & Dreams and Cabana Village

We actually stayed at the sister hotel parrot cove but the whole experience was very nice. The food at the Barracuda restaurant was amazing and the staff was top notch!!! A real hidden gem in my opinion. With that being said Chef Robs restaurant at parrot cove was a let down for us!! - Caleb - 2/01/2025 

We had the most incredible family vacation at Beaches & Dreams! From start to finish everything was perfect. Staff, service, food, tours, location, atmosphere- everything was top 10!

Our week at Beaches and Dreams will live as one of the most memorable vacations we've had. I would not hesitate to book this resort again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and seemed always to be working hard at making sure guests are getting everything they need and having a great time. The resort itself is very small, so we ran into many of the same people daily which we thought was very nice. Even when we took a golf cart into the village we found the people to be very friendly. I would absolutely suggest booking the food and drink package, we're so glad we did as the meals were so delicious and with the different nightly specials there were plenty of choices. There are bicycles, kayaks, and paddle boards available to borrow, golf carts available to rent, and you can arrange shuttles; all making it really easy to get around. We also booked several tours with the resort, and had a great time at every one. We are beach walkers, and were really happy to find out that Hopkins keeps its sand and water open to everyone so we were able to walk the beach as far as we wanted. We have been to many places over the years but I don't think any other destination tops the level of service, friendliness, and food we found at B&D. My husband and I recently had our honeymoon here and I had to say it was by far the best honeymoon that I could have ever imagined. staff are super friendly. We had eyes be one of our tour guides for one of our excursions to the Mayan runes and going cave tubing was an amazing experience with him as our guy does well. food there was phenomenal never disappointed. This is the best family vacation we’ve done out of 7 years!! The staff is so nice and friendly. The village of Hopkins was very safe and wonderful people. We did all-inclusive and it was the best! 4 course meals every night!! The ocean is so warm and calm. The excursions were really fun. We can’t wait to come back and try more.
Our legs are all bitten up from the no-seeums. So next time I would bring coconut oil. I read that the oil will block their bite. - Sarah - 3/21/2025
